Unless a fixed fee has been quoted, our fees are calculated on a time spent basis.  

We will provide you with a costs estimate at the outset and keep you regularly updated with our costs as matters progress.  

Our solicitors rates differ between seniority and are subject to change from time to time. Please contact us to obtain the current hourly rates.  

Any fixed fees quoted are the actual fees payable. We believe in complete honesty regarding our costs. We will never hide charges and add them to the final bill.  

Fees for residential Conveyancing are calculated based on the property sale/purchase price. In addition, disbursements will be payable. We will usually provide a fixed fee for most types of Landlord and Tenant work. Please contact us for a quotation.  

All fees are subject to VAT at the standard prevailing rate.
